orders shipping to the GTA or Quebec, in stock confirmed items
purchased by December 15 will reach your destination no later than
December 24th.
For orders shipping elsewhere in Ontario or
Quebec, in stock confirmed items purchased by December 15 will reach
your destination no later than December 24th.

orders shipping to the rest of Canada, in stock items purchased by
December 12 will reach your special destination no later than December
24th. Any orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed delivery
by the holidays. |

| Where can Cineplex Entertainment Gift Cards be redeemed?

| Cineplex Entertainment Gift Cards are redeemable at all Famous Players, Cineplex Odeon and Galaxy Cinemas in Canada ONLY against the purchase of any admission, concession, merchandise or applicable tax. Gift Cards are not valid at Alliance Atlantis Cinemas and are not redeemable for other Gift Cards or cash. |

| What if I lose my gift card after I receive it?

| Treat your Gift Card like cash. Neither the Card nor its value is replaceable or refundable if lost, stolen or used without permission. If Card is damaged, at the discretion of Cineplex, Card may not be replaceable or refundable. Issuance or receipt of Gift Cards constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and they appear on the back of each Card. |

| What is the order cut off time to have an order processed?

| All orders will be sent out within 2 business days. Express Post orders received before 10:00am ET will be shipped the same-day. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. |

Orders with a value under $150 are shipped Standard Canada Post and must be sent to your home address. All orders with a value of $150 or greater are sent by XpressPost or courier and may be sent to your home or office.
Regular Mail to home address $2.75 (only for orders under $150 dollars) * 3-5 business days within Canada
Canada Post Regional Xpresspost - $9.99 * 1-2 business days to major Ontario cities for orders placed before 10am ET
Canada Post National Xpresspost - $11.99 * 2-3 business days nationally between most major Canadian centres
Orders may be sent for an additional charges via courier, please call us for rates and availability.
PLEASE NOTE:
Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available. Express Post orders received by 10:00 am ET, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10:00 am ET Friday will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions: Concierge Connection Inc. does not ship outside of Canada. Concierge Connection Inc. is not responsible for undelivered merchandise due to incorrect address information or misdirection by the carrier. The purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs involved in re-shipping returned packages.
